I have been with CG recruitment for 4 years in October. I love the flexibility it allows me and the easy to use app. I also enjoy the variations of settings and locations. The CG team have always been efficient, friendly and helpful. It has made my time with them pleasurable.

Working for CG Recruitment has been nothing but a pleasure, Charlotte has always been so genuinely friendly and helpful! From when I started 3 months ago up until now everything has been straightforward and any technical difficulties have been sorted promptly by Charlotte. CG recruitment are also very understanding to your individual needs and are flexible. I thoroughly enjoy the hours I choose to work and the children are just a delight in all the classes, they really make my day, the nurseries are also very well organised and a the children always seem to be happy and content!

I have been with CG not for over 2 years and have loved my time with the company and working within the different cherry childcare settings The agency is very encouraging and appreciative of it employees and the relationship between the nurseries is very much like family, although it is a chain it has more of an independent feel Being agency staff can be known to make you feel slightly out of place but I have not found this during my time with CG I have been very much welcomed into the nurseries and feel like a member of the team building good bonds and friendships within the settings.
